Seasonal opening times for Pula Arena, last-entry rules and the event-day changes that visitors should know about.
Seasonal hours
The Arena uses a seasonal schedule. In 2026, April is listed as 08:00–20:00; May and September as 08:00–21:00; June through August as 08:00–22:00; October as 08:00–19:00; and November through March as 09:00–17:00.
Last entry
The ticket office closes one hour before the monument closes. Treat that as the practical last-entry rule and avoid arriving at the end of the day if you want enough time for the arena floor, architecture and underground exhibition.
Event-day changes
Concerts, stage assembly, sound checks and special programmes can alter public access. The official site publishes working-hour changes separately. On 27 September 2026, for example, it lists an exceptional 08:00–13:00 opening with last entry at 12:00.
Best time to visit
For photography and a quieter experience, early morning is usually the safest choice. In summer, the late opening hours make the final part of the day appealing, but event schedules matter more than the generic seasonal hours.
